Welcome to Sketchy's Art Pad located Atlanta, Georgia.
Sketchy’s Art Pad is a creative studio – not just an art studio located in
Atlanta, GA not far from Buckhead, Midtown, Vinings, Alpharetta, Smyrna, Duluth, Decatur, or Marietta. It is about
unlocking a child’s creative potential. We inspire people to look at the world around them through the eyes of an artist. We seek to ignite that creative spark that you will use for the rest of your life.

creative and critical thinking in an engaging, and
artistic space.
For those wanting to just drop-in and hang-out at The Pad, we offer
Open Studio – a space meant for exploration and discovery, a space that
encourages creativity while
playing and having fun.
Want to know about holding a
Birthday Party at The Pad?
Well – let’s just say we put the ART in PARTY! We’re certain you’ve never had a party as creative or as fun.
Moms & Dads have their own space at our Joint. We feature a relaxing
coffee lounge – The Beatn’ Bean – where you can come get "wired & inspired".
Drop-in any time and stay as long as you want.
One hour of Open Studio is $10 per child.
A ten session pass is available for $90. We’ll keep your pass on file, so you don’t need to worry about anything except getting your young artist to the studio!
This is also a great opportunity to invite a friend, or host playgroup. (Please call ahead for groups of 5 or more).
An
Open Studio Instructor will be always be present to provide guidance and assure materials are available and replenished for your child to use to
transform imagination into reality.

Party facilities are offered for
groups of 10 children or more (up to 20) and include:
- Exclusive use of one of our art studios for 2 hours.
- One dedicated art instructor to lead the party
- activities, and one party assistant.
- Choose from one of our themes (ex: Munch's
- Scream for Ice Cream! Party, or a Mona Lisa Pisa
Pizza Party) or we can tailor make one for your
child.
- A cool Sketchy t-shirt for the guest of
honor, plus paper goods and juice boxes for each
guest.
- Custom invitations, Balloons & Treat Bags can be
supplied for an extra charge.

Membership
An annual
$50 per family membership fee is required to participate in our various programs.
For that $50, you'll get two free visits to Open Studio (a $20 value!) plus one youth size, Sketchy logo t-shirt. (Parents, you'll have to buy your own!)
You'll also get to come to our members-only events like poetry readings by
local artists, improv nights, gallery shows and other
special events.
Members will also be able to use our
private offices with
internet access (also known as
"peace & quiet") while their child is in the studio.
Come get Wired & Inspired!
Come grab a good cup of Joe and take advantage of time for yourself any way you want - relax or multi-task. Enjoy some quality downtime, read some artsy mags, or telecommute from one of our private offices (We are
Wi-Fi Pad). Make private uninterrupted phone calls (what joy!),
manage schedules, or just surf the net on your computer or ours.
We cater to
parents and caregivers that are seeking art instruction for their children and a
stimulating environment where they can relax, get refreshed, and reinvigorated.
We will offer several types of
coffees and specialty teas,
lemonades,
bottled waters, and
soft drinks for purchase. We'll also carry a variety of
goodies and snacks, for
both adults and children.
